Anxiety and Panic Attacks: It's Okay Not To Be Okay

Feeling  exhausted? Constantly sweating? Maybe your heartbeat is racing crazy. Its not the best experience and when it starts happening in frequent time intervals , it may turn into panic attacks.Panic attacks are usually temporary and last for an average of 10-15 minutes but a lot of times they  become part of one's system and haunt them for a lifetime. .Some causes of this disorder are - ⁃ severe stress ⁃ Medical Conditions ⁃ Genes ⁃ Hormonal disbalance. You may feel like the world is ending, the atmosphere crumbling or the sky is on fire. Panic attacks plague many people all over the world this.  The victim usually experiences feelings of unreality,fear of dying or losing control . To avoid panic attacks you can consult a specialist or a therapist .  

Here are a few ways in which you can help yourself out 

- 1. Meditate

2. Listen to calming music or chants 

3. Go for walk!

4. Go ahead a peaceful nap 

5. Light that candle that you saw lying around, it helps!
